SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs vary by country and quantity. Shipping costs are calculated into the price at the time of purchase and follow the Norwegian Post’s guidelines regarding weight, volume, and rates.
Delivery time is 6-14 working days days from Norway within the countries listed below, countries outside these have different customs regulations; please be aware of the rules that apply to yours.
TaroTerapi.no bears the risk of transport until the goods have been delivered to the correct address.
A right-of-withdrawal form, receipt and return address are sent in the package with the item(s). All the products have a 14-day return policy after the package has arrived at the customer's location. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer then refunded along with the cost of the item itself, once the returned product(s) has been registered back to us.

BETINGELSER FOR FRAKT
Fraktkostnader kan variere i forhold til hvor du bor og mengde varer. Kostnadene legges til i prisen når du kjøper varen, og følger Posten/Brings retningslinjer for vekt, volum og priser.
Leveringstiden er 4–7 dager innad i Norge, og holder 14 dagers angrerett etter at pakken har ankommet registrert adresse. Vedlagt i pakken sammen med varen ligger angrerettskjema, kvittering og returadresse. Kjøperen dekker kostnadene for returfrakt, men dette refunderes sammen med prisen for selve varen så snart det returnerte produktet er registrert inn på lageret igjen. TaroTerapi.no bærer transportrisikoen frem til varen(e) er levert til registrert adresse.
Bestiller du fra utlandet har de fleste land en forventet leveringstid 6 -14 arbeidsdager, fra Norge.
